Meaning: A person without permanent or nighttime residence.
Identities: Lack of control, sense of shame, seen as litter by those in the mainstream, often times issues with mental health or substance abuse. Disassociation from family and society, creating a feeling of alienation.
Geographies: Typically centrally located in large cities, away from public eyes such as under bridges or in alley ways. In rural and suburban settings homelessness is more hidden or invisible.
